To v\u0161ak kon\u010d\u00ed momentem, kdy se rozhodneme se osamostatnit. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 to velice nen\u00e1padn\u00fdmi kroky, kdy bydl\u00edme v byt\u011b a doj\u00ed\u017ed\u00edme dom\u016f, pozd\u011bji z\u00edsk\u00e1me st\u00e1l\u00e9ho partnera, s kter\u00fdm po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me i do budoucnosti a rozhodujeme se pro n\u011bco vlastn\u00edho. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zna\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd krok, stavba vlastn\u00edho domu je komplexn\u00ed v\u011bc, kter\u00e1 zab\u00edr\u00e1 jak \u010das, tak i velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed financ\u00ed. Pro valnou v\u011bt\u0161inu osob je financov\u00e1n\u00ed stavby z vlastn\u00ed kapsy nemysliteln\u00e1, a proto je tedy zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na p\u016fj\u010dky. T\u00edm ov\u0161em nehasne banky d\u00e1le vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dolo\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f a v\u00fdpis z registru dlu\u017en\u00edk\u016f.
